Grape Varieties

Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella.

Harvest

Last two weeks of September.

Vinification

Fermented on the skins for 10 days. Second fermentation on the marcs of the Amarone. Refinement in oak barrels.

Color

Intense ruby red.

Bouquet

The nose detects delicate aromas of cherry jam, scents of dry flowers and lastly notes of spice.

Taste

Pleasant and well balanced by a pleasant freshness, with a thin tannins and a lingering flavor.
